Are Live Yogurt Cultures Safe during Pregnancy?

Q: I started drinking this Nouriche by yoplait, it's a yogurt/smoothie drink. I thought that it would be good to drink for the nutrients, but on the side it read, "Contains Active and Live Culutures." It is made with pasterized milk. Is it safe to drink? Also I am 17 weeks pregnant and I am not feeling the little baby bubbles everyone is talking about, Do you think there is something wrong?
A: The "baby bubbles," or "quickening," is the feeling of little flutters as you begin to perceive movement from a baby finnally big enough to muster enough of a kick to be felt. It can take as long as 20 weeks to have this happen. So be patient, which is good training for the years to come! The yogurt should be fine.
