- Egyptian: The god of the Nile in innundation; In Egyptian mythology, Hapy was represented as a man with full, heavy breasts, a clump of papyrus on his head, and bearing heavily-laden offering tables. The name was also used by a different deity, one of the four sons of Horus, representing the north.
