I'm too lazy to journal, but I want to have something for my little girl when she's older? Is there an easy way to keep track of all those milestones?

Everything from baby's first smile, to baby's first words, to baby's first poop in the potty is momentous and exciting! Recording them is another story, especially in your sleep-deprived haze. While some parents seem to have the ability to record, decorate and note these milestones effortlessly, some of us find we need a little assistance. That's why we're happy to report that there are many options available to the journal challenged or as you so eloquently stated, the "lazy." For those of us who spend an inordinate amount of time at the computer, Kidmondo is a great place to get started. Once there you can create a personalized, online baby journal—how cool! The site features everything from growth charts to food journals to a video gallery that allows you to capture your child's first years in an easy, fast, and fun way. Similarly, we've come across several iPhone apps that also make recording all of baby's "first's" a breeze.
Speaking of recording, audio journals are a fun way to literally "record" milestones minus the paper and pen. Fear not, though, as baby journals have come a long way. No longer are they a blank canvas waiting to be filled, rather they're now made with questions and prompts that you can fill out at your leisure. No pressure to record every moment, sometimes a simple check mark or smiley face does the trick. Remember, there's no one way to record these memories, just have fun with however you choose to do it.`
