I just finished nursing my daughter for the first year of her life. I now have one breast that looks a little larger than the other, which was never the case prior to pregnancy and nursing. I was told that this change will be permanent. Is that true?

It was probably the case before, but was masked by the architecture of your breasts, which has been altered by pregnancy and breast-feeding. Shifts in glandular cells, fat cells, and supportive tissue goes on all through life, but is dramatic after pregnancy.
