before you get pregnant can help you get some semblance of your pre-baby body back sooner after pregnancy. Moreta agrees that eating right beforehand is equally as important as watching your intake while you have a bun in the oven. "You're really trying to get rid of all of what I call the 'non-nutritional' foods, so getting rid of anything that's refined like white flour, sugar, caffeine," says Moreta. "Really get that out of your diet and start working on eating a really healthy diet, because that's what you want to transition into once you become pregnant.
