My husband and I have been trying to get pregant with our second child for 18 months with no luck. Our first child was delivered prematurely via C-section. Is getting pregant after a C-section harder than after a vaginal birth?
My husband operates heavy equipment and gets bounced around rock during the day. Would that have any affect on my getting pregant? And do you have any suggestions to help us? -
No, none of these factors should affect your ability to get pregnant. It's possible that internal scarring (adhesions) from the C-section could kink or block your tubes, but this is unlikely.
You bring up a good point with your husband though. Not because of his job, but because half of infertility is male-related. You both should investigate this further.
