Charting Menstruation

What Do I Have to Do?
Depending on whether you prefer analogue or digital modes, you may print out a chart or use our personalized, interactive ovulation calendar to keep track.

Pros:
- This is a great way to stay in tune with your body.
- It's extremely easy.
- This type of testing can be used in concert with cervical mucus and BBT charting for a more detailed holistic understanding of your fertility.
- This may cause confusion if you have irregular periods.
