Q&A: Still no period after stopping the Pill. Is my body readjusting?

I stopped taking birth control a month ago and have not gotten a period yet. My period was normal before going on the pill. Is my body readjusting?

The first period after coming off the pill may be unusual, either heavy, light, late, or early. You may not revert back to normal for a few cycles. The only warning is if you don't have a period after three months (assuming you're not pregnant). That should be reported to your doctor.
