I'm 29 years old and I regularly run three to four miles, four to five days a week. I'm trying to get pregnant. Will cutting back on exercise help me conceive sooner? If so, what changes in my workout routine would you suggest?

If your mentsrual cycle is regular, you're probably fine. But if your periods are short (one to three days), or your cycles lengthy (>35 days), then this may contribute to disruptions in healthy ovulation. These changes in your cycle may or may not be related to your exercise routine.
If you've been trying to conceive for several months without success there could be several factors involved, not just your exercise regime. On the other hand, if you've just started to contemplate pregnancy, give it time. Either way, I would suggest seeing your healthcare provider. He or she can answer any additional questions, and you'll get in the habit of regular doctor's visits for when you do get pregnant!
