I was diagnosed with Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome. What can I be doing to increase my chances of getting pregnant?

Along with other antibody conditions, including one related to Lupus, this autoimmune condition is seen as a contributing factor in recurrent miscarriages. Some of those occur so early (before you even know you're pregnant) as to confuse this condition with infertility.

Many infertility experts have placed such patients on aspirin, individualizing the dosage. This is an emerging science that needs to be managed individually by an infertility specialist or reproductive endocrinologist.
