My husband and I want to have a child. I had been on birth control for one year and been off for about two. Can birth control be a factor in my inability to get pregnant? What do you think?

Recent data confirms that 12-month conception rates do not differ in women stopping birth control compared to women who did not use birth control. After two years of trying, I would recommend that you and your husband have evaluation for common causes of infertility.
