Q&A: When will I have a normal period again after Nuvaring?

I used Nuvaring for one month. I took it out and had a period on May 5. Had another full blown period May 20, and another one on June 12. These all seem so close together.

When can I plan on a somewhat normal cycle? And do you think I am ovulating between these periods?

If your periods were regular before the ring, they should get back to normal in the near future. I doubt you were ovulating well in those cycles as they were so short. Hopefully you will be back on track very soon. Most of the time it takes three to four months.
