Outpatient clinic operated for the specific purpose of evaluating babies' progress afterpremature delivery and NICU care. Some of these clinics are diagnostic only, which means they assess babies’ progress and make recommendations, but they do not prescribe specific therapy. Other follow-up clinics diagnose and prescribe treatment.
