Week 8 Potty Lesson
Now that you've moved through the seven Prepping for Potty Training Lessons, you'll need to decide if your child is really ready to wear disposable training pants and/or underwear at least part time.
But first, another shopping trip is in order. This time you'll be buying disposable training pants and underwear. Let your child pick them out: Though it may seem frivolous to you, your child's favorite character pictured on disposable training pants and panties will inspire him or her not only to put them on, but to keep them clean and dry.
This Week's Readiness Sign
Below, review all the readiness signs from previous weeks of this Challenge. Note which ones are in place for your child. If some aren't yet in place, keep up with the prepping process: Go back through the lessons and assignments again—this will give you both time to really nail the preparatory potty training steps. Your child may not be ready today, but she will get there soon.
