I love this skirt. And now that the days are getting colder, I find myself layering it with navy leggings. I just can’t stop wearing it. Not only is it easy on the postpartum belly, but it’s actually flattering. $19.99 at Ann Taylor Loft.

Oh Maxi dresses, what flaws can’t you hide? And you make us feel like flowing goddesses. Maxi dresses are basically the dress equivalent of yoga pants and I love wearing mine layered with a cardigan or denim button-up shirt. The v-neck dresses are also easy boob access for breastfeeding. Win. $49.95 at H&M.

Thought you loved the Maxi dress? Try the Maxi skirt. This baby basically has a yoga pants top, without the pants part. Do I need to say more? $29.95 at Old Navy.

Leggings are not pants. And thank goodness for that. Leggings hide a multitude of post-baby flub, and make you look cute while you are at it. Pair with a sassy button-up or tunic sweatshirt and it’s like you are still in your pajamas. Shh. $8 at Target.

Okay, hear me out. To call Palazzo pants actual pants is like calling Tiramisu cake. Sure it kind of looks like cake, but at the end of the day, it has none of cake’s drawbacks. Palazzo pants aren’t really pants. They are wide-legged, loose, fun, and forgiving up at the top. Sure, they are trendy. But this is a trend I can’t pass up. $24.80 at Forever 21 (because really, don’t spend a lot of money on a trend your kids will mock you for in 10 years).
