Who says pregnancy the second time around is a breeze? Definitely not Kourtney Kardashian.
Reality star Kourtney Kardashian, who revealed recently that she is expecting a second child with longtime boyfriend Scott Disick, is also revealing her early pregnancy difficulties, including morning sickness. "Who has nausea cures? Been laying in bed all day after being sick all night! HELP!" she tweets in a plea to fans.
Sister Khloe confirms to E! News that though Kourtney is "doing great," the early weeks of pregnancy have been rough, saying, "She is having morning sickness, but it's not even in the morning. It happens any time, apparently."Fighting Back
As part of her efforts to combat early pregnancy nausea, Kourtney is using a tried-and-true piece of morning sickness advice: stick with foods that don't make you sick. "I'm just eating whatever I can … whatever I can tolerate," Kourtney explains (via US magazine).
Her diet at the moment boils down to "bland" foods that help keep her unsettled stomach in check. But there is one snack treat this mama-to-be just has to have. "Now I am craving kale chips" she tweets.
