What is your golden rule of pregnancy?
Don’t give up fitness and eating well. I listen to my body and rest when it tells me to, but I make sure that I work out nearly every day. I also eat more than I do when I am not pregnant, but I make sure that everything I put in my body is nutritious for both my baby and me.
Describe your best moment of pregnancy so far.
Sonograms! I love seeing our little girl. Technology is amazing… we have seen her laugh and cry, suck her thumb and try to eat her foot, and even have the hiccups. She is truly incredible and seeing her makes all the aches and pains of pregnancy that much more bearable.
Describe your worst moment of pregnancy so far.
Morning sickness—which should really be called 24/7 sickness.
What is the best pregnancy advice you have ever received?
That my body will bounce back. Getting bigger is a part of pregnancy and I pray that the scale goes up every single time I visit the doctor, but I do miss having a waist! I am really excited to not only have my little girl soon, but also to fit into my old clothes again!
What is the one thing you can’t live without?
My Snoogle… my husband… hmmm…not sure which order I should put them in…
Finish this sentence: You know you’re in the Baby Zone when…
…you jump up in the middle of the night and scream to my husband, “We need a Diaper Genie NOW!”
