What’s your Golden Rule of pregnancy?
Be informed and trust your intuition.
What’s been your best moment of pregnancy so far?
The special moments I share with my husband when we get to feel the baby move together. Those are always special.
And the worst?
I’ve been really tired this pregnancy. My mind has more energy than my body.
What’s the best advice you ever got about pregnancy?
Savor, embrace and love it the best way you know how. You’ll be giving that loving energy to your baby.
What’s the one thing you can’t live without?
Spiritual rooting is my lifeblood. I would feel soulless and robotic without it. And my family is the one thing I don’t want to live without.
