In the Baby Zone with Tiffani Thiessen

Many of us grew up watching Tiffani Thiessen on Saved by the Bell, then 90210. So it's only fitting that we transition into motherhood with her, too. Now starring in the hit White Collar on the USA Network, the mom to daughter Harper, born June 2010, is also keeping busy with her adorable furniture line, Petit Nest. Tiffani discusses her mothering instincts now that she has entered the Baby Zone.

What's your golden rule of parenting?

Always go with your intuition.

Describe the best moment of parenting so far.

Wow … there's so many amazing moments … when she first started saying, "Mama" or when she gives me a huge smile and giggles, it lights up my whole world.

And the worst?

Anytime she cries it just breaks my heart. The worst has been when she broke her first tooth. She was up all night. Nothing we could do for her helped. You feel so bad...

Best advice you ever got?

Don't go crazy with what everyone says you have to do or don't do … Go with your own gut when it comes to your kid.

What's the one thing you can't live without?

My mother ... she's been my rock. I don't know what I would do without the help and advice from her. Harper, my husband, and I are really fortunate to have her help.
