The Big Letdown
"When my now 2-year-old daughter was 2 months old I was nursing at the time. I was with a friend of mine who also had a little one around 18 months. I had already been considered a 'jersey cow' because I pumped every two to three hours and at least 12 ounces out of each breast. Well, I had just finished pumping, we decided to go shopping. About 30 minutes into our trip my little one starts crying and I feel the milk coming instantly. I thought oh I'll be OK. I pull my little one away from my chest and see my entire shirt on both sides was just soaked and I had even been wearing the 'pads' for my bra. My friends little one decides to yell in the middle of the store, 'Look!! Auntie is peeing out of her shirt!!! And lots of it too!!' Needless to say I doubled up on pads after that day."
