Exercise in Bursts
The Surgeon General recommends that you exercise for 30 to 45 minutes at a time, three to five days a week. But if you're just getting back into your routine or you can't spare that much time, you can divide your exercise program into several 10- or 15-minute segments scattered throughout your day.
