Morning Sickness

This is my second child and I found that pure Ginger Extract, in a pill form found at your local Health Food store, helped alot. Also taking my pre-natal at night before I went to bed instead of in the morning helped wonders. Good luck to those dealing with this for the first time.
When I was pregnant with my first child, I was SO sick all the time. The doctor finally perscribed motion sickness pills for me and that worked miracles! I am pregnant again and this time I've found that if I drink around 5 small drinks of sweetened coffee in the morning, it makes my stomach calm for the entire day! Not a normal coffee drinker either!! Good luck!
I am going on 7 weeks prego and the only thing that seemed to help me is a stick of peppermint gum. I could never hold down food but gum always took the horrible feeling of barfing out of my system. Hope it helps for you

If you think your morning sickness is more than morning sickness, talk to your Dr. If it's not taken seriously, switch Dr's! I switched around 16 weeks, after losing more than 30 lbs. Demand Zofran, if you can't tolerate it orally, there are sub-q (just under the skin needles) pumps that save lives...Mine included.
