I am 19 years old and just gave birth 34 days ago. I weighed 112 lbs before i got pregnant and i gained 42 lbs during bringing me to 154. At my 3 week check up i weighed 130 and i am wanting to lose atleast another 10. Now i just weighed myself today and lost another 3 lbs so i have 7 more to go. I have been doing a beginner ab work out video every few days, for the past 2 weeks and i lost those 3 lbs so i am hoping it just keeps coming off for a little while longer. i am young and i have quite a few stretch marks. does anyone have a referral to a certain cream??

My advice to getting rid of the jiggle belly is sit ups & hovers & lots of cardio but make sure you enjoy the workout you are doing im 31 yrs and have a 1 & 2 year old 13months apart I was 97 lbs very underweight before the babys I got up to 178 with my 1st one almost lost all the weight then got preggo w/my 2nd and got up to 150 presently I am a healthy 120 lbs I do step aerobic 4-5 times a week and I do weight training and like I said before hovers & plenty of sit ups I hope this helps

I had my first baby at 19, and lost all the weight by the 3rd week . . . but at 29 I knew it wouldn't be that easy. I gained a total of 45 pounds . . .at 5'2 and normally 115 I thought I was huge. 6 weeks later I weigh 132 and I am starting the gym on Monday. I hope with cardio and watching my caloric intake i can loose quickly!

I gained about 65lbs duing my pregnancy. I have always worked out, but gave in three months into my pregnancy because I was just too tired. I have lost 55lbs after a year of running 5 miles, 200 sit-ups, and 100 push ups a day, but the last 10lbs just won't seem to come off. Any advise?

i gained about 50 lbs with my son a few months before giving birth i started walking 3 miles 3 times a day, which left me at exactly 170 lbs before i gave birth. after i gave birth i lost 21 lbs the firs tweeks without trying but it left me at 146lbs and my natural size is 128 so i worked up the courage to do the same excersie before i gave birth but more cardio and i lost 5 lbs about every month. now im expecting baby #2 and im at my goal weight and my son is 1 and half hopefully this pregnancy i wont gain as much my best regaurds to all the new mothers!
