Herbs
False Unicorn Extract (tincture) – ¼ to 1 teaspoon 3 times a day Tincture – 5-15 drops per day Tablet – one tablet three times a day with meals Or as directed by manufacturer or herbalist Wild Yam Root Extract - ¼ to 1 teaspoon 3 times a day or as directed by manufacturer or herbalist	Black Cohosh Extract - ¼ to 1 teaspoon 3 times a day or as directed by manufacturer or herbalist Tincture – 15 to 60 drops Evening Primrose Capsules – one 1,000mg one to three times a day or as directed by manufacturer or herbalist Lady's Mantle Extract - ¼ to 1 teaspoon 3 times a day or as directed by manufacturer or herbalist Infusion – add 1oz of dried herb to 1 pint of boiling water, take in teacupful doses as required. Loveage Follow manufacturer’s directions or that of your herbalist Red Raspberry Leaf Extract - ¼ to 1 teaspoon 3 times a day or as directed by manufacturer or herbalist Infusion – 2 teaspoons of dried herb infused for 1-15 mins in a cup of boiling water, drink freely Can be combined with Red Clover or Dong Quai or False Unicorn for effective fertility promotion adding 5-15 drops of the tinctures to 1 cup of Red Raspberry infusion Rehmannia Extract - ¼ to 1 teaspoon 3 times a day or as directed by manufacturer or herbalist White Peony Tablets - 100mg per day	Alfalfa ¼ to 1 teaspoon 3 times a day or as directed by manufacturer or herbalist Ginseng Extract - ¼ to 1 teaspoon 3 times a day or as directed by manufacturer or herbalist Motherwort Extract - ¼ to 1 teaspoon 3 times a day or as directed by manufacturer or herbalist Infusion – 1 oz of herb to a pint of boiling water, taken in wine glass full doses Nettle Extract - ¼ to 1 teaspoon 3 times a day or as directed by manufacturer or herbalist Infusion – add 3 teaspoons of dried herb to a cup of boiling water, allow to infuse for 10-15 mins, drink three times a day Red Clover Extract - ¼ to 1 teaspoon 3 times a day or as directed by manufacturer or herbalist Infusion – infuse 1oz of red clover blossoms with 1 teaspoon of peppermint in a quart of water for four hours, take freely throughout the day Combines well with Red Raspberry leaf Squaw Vine Extract - ¼ to 1 teaspoon 3 times a day or as directed by manufacturer or herbalist True Unicorn Root (Aletris Farinosa) Extract - ¼ to 1 teaspoon 3 times a day or as directed by manufacturer or herbalist Extraction Aletridis alcoholicum is the official preparation	Dong Quai (Angelica)* Extract – ½ to 2 teaspoons a day Tablets – 1 to 2 tablets a day or as directed by manufacturer or herbalist
