Could I be pregnant? I went off birth control at the end of June, my first period didn't start until Aug 20th. So my first cycle was 56 days, the next one was 44 days, and then 29 days. My last period was November 1, so it has now been 70 days since my last period. My husband and I are trying to get pregnant and I don't know if I am currently pregnant or if my cycles are just getting longer now. They seemed to be getting close to being normal so why would it go up to 70 days now? I have taken 5 HPT's and they are all negative. I wasn't able to get an appt. with my doctor until Jan 22nd and I don't know how much longer I can wait to know for sure. Do you think that I am pregnant or is my cycle just increasing now?

Usually the hpt's are pretty good, so you're probably not pregnant. Also, you have a history of inconsistent cycle lengths. Usually delayed menses are due to delayed ovulations, so tackling that problem will give you your best chance of conception. Your doctor can address this.
