My baby's not moving as much at 34 weeks. Should I be concerned?

Probably not. You're probably sensing a change in the way the baby moves -- more of a squirming type of movement than discrete kicks. This is because there's less room.
You should still report this change to your obstetrician. Over the years, I have come to realize that a woman is her own best expert in discerning how her baby moves. A decreased muscle tone could be indicative of muscle weakness related to chromosomal problems. This is rare, but your doctor needs to listen to your story to see if an ultrasound is warranted, which would rule out any bad surprises.
