I'm almost 15 weeks pregnant with twins but haven't felt them move yet (I don't think). When will I be able to feel this?

Although your uterus may be relatively bigger at any given gestational age with twins, you can't really expect to feel twins moving any earlier than you would have felt a singleton.
The sensation of fetal movement has to do with the age of the pregnancy, whether you have had babies before, and the location of the placenta. Often for a week or so before clear-cut fetal movement is felt, the mom is in what I call the question mark phase, where she thinks maybe she feels something but is not yet sure. On average, first-time moms feel their babies move between 18 and 22 weeks. Experienced moms may feel movement as early as 15 to 16 weeks, or as late as 20.
So depending on whether this is your first pregnancy or a subsequent one, you can expect to start feeling something within the next month or two. Good luck to you!
