I am 16 weeks pregnant and I measure my baby's heart beat everyday and it is normally in the 150's but today it has been in the 140's and 130's. Is that normal or should I be worried?

These are normal variations and shouldn't be indicative of any problems.
By the this time (May), don't be surprised if the range is from the 120's to the 150's. By term (and with labor), the range can be anywhere from 110's to 170's.
