I’m a little more than five weeks pregnant. This past weekend I had extremely bad gas pains and some diarrhea. Rolaids helped, but I’ve already had one miscarriage and am worried. Should I be?

This was probably unrelated to the pregnancy. I'd report it to your doctor, especially if it lasted more than two or three days.
