The start of my last missed period was Nov. 18. On Nov. 21, I did 1 ecstasy pill and 2 lines of cocaine. On Dec. 15, I did 2 ecstasy pills. This is my 1st pregnancy. I didn't know I was pregnant until Dec 24, in which I discontinued all drug, alcohol use and cigarette smoking. What is your expert experience in the dangers of my unborn child now - due Aug. 27?

Usually the bad outcomes are from pregnancies where drugs were abused consistently. But I would ask your OB to seek a maternal-fetal medicine consult for you for a Level III ultrasound at about 20 weeks to be sure.
And don't do that stuff any more! Please!
