I fell when I was 25 weeks pregnant. Is this harmful?

The baby is well protected by the uterine wall, then your own abdominal wall, not to mention that your own spinal instincts during the fall probably caused your hands and arms to blunt the landing somewhat. If there's no bleeding and no contractions, the baby should be fine. But any trauma like this should be reported to your health care provider. An ultrasound will be the icing on the cake of reassurance.
Usually trauma so bad that it affects the pregnancy is an obvious outcome very soon after the trauma. Thankfully, it takes a lot to hurt a baby.
