In The Working Woman's Pregnancy Book, author Dr. Marjorie Greenfield, MD, recommends keeping whatever foods you can tolerate within easy reach. Other work-friendly morning sickness remedies include drinking ginger tea, lemonade, or ginger ale; sucking on ginger or peppermint candies; and using acupressure bands.
