Is it possible to feel fetal movement at 13 weeks? I've had a baby before and it feels like the baby is pushing on my stomach right below my breasts.

This is most likely just your other organs crowding around under your diaphragm, so you're not going a little crazy. The uterus is hardly out of the pelvis at this stage, so feeling a baby under your breasts is impossible.
