I'm just over ten weeks pregnant and have experienced pink-tinged mucus the past couple of days. I've also experienced this mucous twice before during this pregnancy and have gone on to have good ultrasounds. It seems to be more apparent after I have a bowel movement. How much should I worry about this, especially given my other pregnancy symptoms, including nausea and breast pain, have continued?

There are many things that can cause this, and the association with bowel movements makes me suspect some harmless hemorrhoidal changes. Nevertheless, I'd inform your doctor when it happens, just in case he or she wants to have the option of aggressively evaluating it.
