I've been craving fruits and vegetables lately so I've been eating lots of them! One problem: it gives me gas. It isn't painful, or making me uncomfortable, but my husband doesn't really appreciate it! My question is will my body eventually adjust to the extra fruits & veggies, and how long will that usually take?
