I recently had a very early miscarriage. Can I try again on my next ovulation date? If I hadn't taken a pregnancy test before I missed my period I would not have known I was pregnant. I have not miscarried before.

The first ovulation after a miscarriage can be delayed, so you cannot necessarily rely on a perfect timing approach. I would wait until you've had at least two to three spontaneous cycles before actively trying again.
