I am currently 27 weeks along and about 285lbs. I have been hearing from other overweight pregnant women that some are being measured and some haven't. I haven't been measured at all...is this something that I should be concerned about? Also, my doctor hasn't done an actual exam on me since the beginning of my pregnancy. The closer I get to my due date the more I wonder if he shouldn't be checking to make sure I don't go into preterm labor. (I've had two miscarriages so I'm a little more concerned).

Usually a history of previous miscarriage doesn't make you a higher risk for preterm labor. It's not uncommon to keep pelvic exams to a minimum to avoid possible infection, and your doctor may not be curious until near the end when what he finds on exam would make a difference in managment.
As far as measuring, fundal height measurements are unreliable, but if they're not done, then you should have at least an ultrasound or two to not only document adequate fetal growth but also to rule out macrosomia (large baby).
