Recall Reason
Many models of the stroller are included in this recall. Image here represents just one.
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada, in cooperation with Britax Child Safety Inc., of Charlotte, North Carolina, have announced a voluntary recall of about 14,900 Britax "Blink" umbrella strollers. Of that number, 900 were sold in Canada. The stroller's hinge mechanism poses a fingertip amputation and laceration hazard to the child when the consumer is unfolding/opening the stroller. No injuries or incidents have been reported.
