Recall Reason
According to the US Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC), Pacific Cycle Inc., is voluntarily recalling its Playsafe Spinning Quad Merry-Go-Rounds, sold exclusively at Toys"R"Us. The inner bearing on the merry-go-round can fail, causing the seat assembly to drop suddenly to the ground. This poses a fall hazard to children riding the merry-go-round, though only one injury has been reported to date.
