Eyes can separate, posing a choking hazard to young children.

by BabyZone Editors

Recall Reason

According to the US Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC), Disney Store USA LLC, of Pasadena, California, is voluntarily recalling approximately 20,000 of its "Handy Manny" Toy Tool Sets. Three consumers have reported that the eyes have detached and two consumers noticed their children chew on the small piece and start to choke. While no injuries have been reported, this puts children at risk for choking.
