by BabyZone Editors

Two toys were recalled; image here represents just one.

If your children play with the Imaginarium® Multi-Sided Activity Centers or and the Jungle Activity Centers, they should stop immediately. Return the toys to the nearest Toys "R" Us for a refund or store credit.

Recall Reason

According to a recall posted on the websites of Toys "R" Us and the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), these activity centers have been recalled due to the tendency of the moveable blocks, shapes, gears, and letters to break or fall off, posing a choking hazard to children.
