My husband lost his left testicle when he was 13 due to testicular torsion. He still has his right testicle. Will this affect our ability to conceive? We've been trying for three months with no luck. Should he get tested? Should I? We're both 30 years old and do not have any children yet.

Usually the remaining testicle does just fine. But that doesn't protect him or you from other unrelated fertility concerns. Given your age, I'd advise you to ahead and get a check-up now.
