Packed with protein, calcium, fiber, and folate, this creamy fruit smoothie will tame any snack attack.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (dairy or soy)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple or pineapple juice
  • 2 cups diced fresh or frozen fruit (apricots, berries, peaches, or other fruit)

    Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.

Tips
Try almond or rice milk, frozen blueberries, and almond or cashew butter blended with cinnamon.

Use frozen fruit if you want a thicker smoothie.
