Four-Leafed Fun for Little Ones

Shamrock Pins

You'll need:

  • Large safety pins (12 per person)
  • Tiny white pony beads
  • Tiny green pony beads

Here's what you do:
Note: You will need one pin to hang the rest of the pins onto as you decorate them.

Bead the safety pins according to the decorations below. After you finish decorating each pin, immediately hang it on the pin used to hold your pins (see note above). Hang it using the end hole on the safety pin. Hang one after the other as you finish decorating them.

  • First Pin – 10 tiny white pony beads
  • Second Pin – three white, two green, one white, two green, three white
  • Third Pin – three white beads, five green, three white
  • Fourth Pin – one white, two green, one white, three green, four white
  • Fifth Pin – one white, three green, one white, one green, five white
  • Sixth Pin – two white, three green, one white, five green
  • Seventh Pin – one white, three green, one white, one green, five white
  • Eighth Pin – one white, two green, one white, three green, four white
  • Ninth Pin – three white beads, five green, three whites
  • 10th Pin – three white, two green, one white, two green, three white
  • 11th Pin – 10 tiny white pony beads

When finished you should see your green shamrock pin. You can do these sorts of crafts for different holidays.
