Get inspired by looking through photography magazines and books by artists such as Anne Geddes. Ideas come from many places, so keep an open mind and think about color, composition, and lighting when arranging your shoot.
Try zooming in on your baby's face or even your favorite body part. Close-ups of babies can be glorious. And, try experimenting with locations; you may want to consider shooting outdoors. There's no greater combination than a baby and nature.
